1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription payments made for ScanPlus Member.
2. Trial and Plan Review
Use any available trial and review the plan description, limits, billing period, and included features before purchasing.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or prolonged service failure attributable to ScanPlus may qualify. Change of mind, unused time, incorrect setup, or failure to cancel generally does not.
4. Requesting a Refund
- contact support promptly after the charge
- include the account email and transaction reference
- describe the reason for the request
- provide supporting evidence where applicable
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal where recurring billing is enabled. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
